Returns and refunds

You can tell us you want to return an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it. After contacting us, please send the item back within 14 days.

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached. Where an item was supplied with a hygiene seal, the seal must be intact. If an item was sealed for health or hygiene reasons and the seal is removed after delivery, we may be unable to accept a change-of-mind return where the law allows this exception. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please email rickydunning@outlook.com to arrange a return and get the return address. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, contact us and we’ll arrange the next steps.

Once we receive your return, or you provide evidence that you’ve sent it back, we’ll issue any refund due to your original payment method within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
